CareerGoat subscriptions are month-to-month. There are no contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees. You are free to cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
When you cancel your subscription, your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. You will not be charged again.
Your account, saved jobs, and CV score history remain accessible on the Free plan. You will not lose your data.
You can cancel in two ways:
If you pay via bKash, your subscription is renewed manually each month. Simply do not send the next payment and your plan will revert to Free at the end of the current period. You can also email us to cancel immediately.
You can also downgrade to a lower plan at any time. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
